Une mani\u00e8re pour nous de contribuer pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 open source et de connecter les deux normes internationales openEHR et HL7 FHIR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais qu\u2019est-ce qui se cache exactement derri\u00e8re ces normes?<\/strong> OpenEHR est une norme ouverte qui permet de collecter des donn\u00e9es m\u00e9dicales de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce aux templates (mod\u00e8les), il est possible de g\u00e9rer facilement et de stocker de fa\u00e7on uniforme les informations m\u00e9dicales les plus diverses comme les analyses, les diagnostics ou les traitements m\u00e9dicamenteux. Les m\u00e9decins, le personnel soignant et les autres professionnels disposent ainsi d\u2019un environnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 o\u00f9 ils peuvent saisir et exploiter les donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re interop\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019objectif de HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) est similaire, il se concentre toutefois davantage sur l\u2019\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es entre diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes. Autrement dit, FHIR facilite la communication entre les solutions logicielles utilis\u00e9es dans les cabinets m\u00e9dicaux, les h\u00f4pitaux et les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9. Il permet de transmettre rapidement et facilement les transferts ou les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019analyse, m\u00eame en cas d\u2019utilisation de syst\u00e8mes informatiques diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e qui se cache derri\u00e8re notre script openEHR2FHIRquestionnaire est d\u2019une simplicit\u00e9 enfantine, puisque les utilisatrices et les utilisateurs peuvent convertir automatiquement les templates existants openEHR en questionnaires FHIR en quelques \u00e9tapes seulement. Il s\u2019agit de ressources FHIR standardis\u00e9es qui permettent de cr\u00e9er des formulaires \u00e9lectroniques utilisables dans diff\u00e9rents domaines li\u00e9es aux soins m\u00e9dicaux, par exemple pour des entretiens d\u2019admission, des anamn\u00e8ses ou des consultations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En quoi ce syst\u00e8me est-il int\u00e9ressant<\/strong>? En mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9, l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 est un facteur d\u00e9cisif qui permet une meilleure prise en charge et de gagner en efficacit\u00e9. L\u2019association d\u2019openEHR et de FHIR permet de disposer de donn\u00e9es claires et structur\u00e9es et d\u2019\u00e9changer des informations facilement. Ainsi, les \u00e9tablissements m\u00e9dicaux consacrent moins de temps \u00e0 la gestion des documents et sont assur\u00e9s de disposer des informations n\u00e9cessaires en temps utile et au bon endroit.<\/p>\n<p>Disponible sur <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/cistec-com\/openEHR2FHIRquestionnaire\" target=\"_blank\">GitHub<\/a>, l\u2019outil s\u2019utilise facilement dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/huggingface.co\/spaces\/cistec\/openEHR2FHIRquestionnaire\" target=\"_blank\">navigateur<\/a>. Les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et les contributions de la communaut\u00e9 internationale sont tr\u00e8s importants, car une approche uniforme visant \u00e0 harmoniser les deux normes suscite un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat. Ce n\u2019est que main dans la main que la communaut\u00e9 pourra continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ce projet et l\u2019optimiser afin qu\u2019il puisse \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 concr\u00e8tement dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9.
